A self-described “creative catalyst,” Sandie has designed, facilitated and participated in well over 500 ideation sessions in her 18 years as an innovation expert. Bringing energy and enthusiasm to projects, her methods prompt increased creativity to develop vibrant and viable solutions to new business and product challenges.

With backgrounds in both the “creative world and the real world,” Sandie’s brand experience includes work for Procter & Gamble, as well as considerable ideation work with Eureka! Ranch for Fortune 500 companies like Nike, Disney, AT&T, American Express, and M&M/Mars. Sandie has personally been involved in the conception of many products currently in the marketplace, including Biore, Jif Smooth Sensations, Fruja, Berry Burst Cheerios,  7Up PLUS and Pillsbury Perfect Portions.

Sandie graduated from Miami University of Ohio, has advanced training from the Creative Problem Solving Institute, and is a certified bartender (mixologist). She was also facilitator/moderator trained for research-specific projects at the Burke Institute.

Sandie is married with 2 grown daughters – plus a son-in-law this past September.  She enjoys spending time with her “furry friends.” She has been certified as a scuba diver and is passionate about exploring Caribbean beaches and undersea worlds.

Laura Wolfram

Strategist, Creative Catalyst and Innovation Enthusiast

A natural at straddling both strategic and creative thinking styles, Laura brings a contagious enthusiasm to every project she touches.  She has 16 years experience in marketing, branding, strategy and innovation on both the agency and client side.  While at StarKist Seafood, Laura honed her brand management skills, then spent 9 years at a design firm where she was instrumental in developing their innovation practice.

Passionate about problem solving, Laura thrives in the “think tank” environment having  participated in multiple ideation sessions and written a multitude of  concepts for companies like Kellogg’s, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Diageo, GlaxoSmithKline and Tyson.  She brings great strategic insight, creative thinking and fantastic organizational skills to all challenges.  She is a wonderful team player who brings her very best to any team and project every time.

Laura received her bachelor’s degree and MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She enjoys life with her husband and three children.  When she’s not chasing after them, she’s running half-marathons, volunteering, coaching her daughter’s soccer team and then relaxing on the couch with a good book.
